The Draft Secondary Dwellings – Water and Sewer Developer Charges Policy provides exemptions from Water and Sewer Developer Charges for Secondary Dwellings which are compliant with the requirements of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009 (SEPP).

The Draft Weeds Biosecurity Policy aims to effectively manage weeds biosecurity as allowed and required by outlined in the Biosecurity Act 2015 (NSW) (Act) and the Biosecurity Regulation 2017 (NSW).
