On 7 March 2022 Development Application DA2022/0188 was lodged with Council seeking consent for the establishment of a Manufactured Home Estate at 70 Carmona Lane Forster.
On 24 June 2022 the applicant lodged an appeal with the Land and Environment Court over the deemed refusal of the application.
As part of the court proceedings the applicant has proposed a number of changes to the development and has submitted amended details.
The amended proposal is being re-advertised in accordance with directions of the Court.
If you have any comments about the proposal, please ensure your submission is received by Council no later than 7 March 2023, so that it can be considered in the Court process.
