Our property portfolio is divided into three main categories—Community land, Crown land, and Operational land—with further sub-categories.
  • Crown Land

    Land owned by the Crown but managed by Council as a Crown Land Manager.

    This includes crown reserves and parks.

  • Community Land

    Land owned and kept by Council for use by the MidCoast community and the general public.

    This includes Parks, libraries, sports fields, pools, areas of cultural significance, bushland, wetlands and foreshores.

  • Operational Land

    Land owned by Council for strategic, investment or Council service purposes.

    This includes water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, works depots, Woolworths Tuncurry.
