Overview

Across the MidCoast we have 83 playgrounds that we maintain and improve for our community.

Some of our regional playgrounds – such as John Wright Park Tuncurry, Billabong Park Gloucester and Livvi’s Place in Fotheringham Park Taree have extensive activities, while our district parks and lower use neighbourhood parks have different equipment.

Whichever park you are closest to, or like to use, is important to us and we are interested in hearing from you about your playground experience.

We are working through a number of playground makeover projects to replace old playgrounds with new and exciting play spaces, thanks to the support of NSW and Australian Government funding.

Our playground upgrades focus on maintenance and providing structured or natural shade over playground equipment and improving accessibility for all members of the community.
