    Creating high levels of connectivity to the area and between villages is highly valued. Ensuring that these are safe and effective to meet long-term needs is critical.

  • Natural environment

    Hallidays Point has recognised and highly valued natural environments that include key fauna habitats, littoral rainforests, wetlands, stunning coastlines and established tracts of vegetation.

  • Facilities for all

    The growing size and diversity of Hallidays Point requires an equivalent level of accessible and targeted facilities to service young families through to retirees.

  • Thoughtful growth

    Many existing approvals and future land releases will continue to facilitate development and growth. Ensuring this occurs contextually within the Hallidays Point area is critical.
